1. CLEAR STATEMENT: NOT A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER

QuantumCampus LLC and the DentistJourney Platform are TECHNOLOGY PLATFORMS ONLY and NOT healthcare providers, medical providers, or dental providers.

The DentistJourney Platform does not provide, deliver, diagnose, treat, or manage dental health services, clinical advice, or medical care in any form. Users should not rely on the Platform for any clinical, medical, or dental decisions.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

2.1 Platform Services

The DentistJourney Platform provides technology-enabled services for dental school applicants, including:

  • AI Personal Statement Writer: Tool to assist in writing, editing, and refining personal statements for dental school applications
  • Mock Interview System: Simulated interview practice and feedback on interviewing skills and communication
  • School Directories: Information database of dental schools, programs, and application requirements
  • Acceptance Chance Calculator: Analytical tool estimating likelihood of admission based on academic metrics
  • Content Studio: Tools for creating and managing application-related content and materials
  • Social Media Engine: Tools for managing online presence and digital communication
  • Advisory Services: Career and academic guidance from trained advisors for dental school applications

2.2 Academic Information Only

The Platform collects, processes, and provides information regarding:

  • Dental school names, locations, and contact information
  • Admission statistics (GPA ranges, DAT scores, acceptance rates)
  • Application requirements and deadlines
  • Program rankings and accreditation status
  • Career outcomes and employment data

All such information is ACADEMIC DATA ONLY, not clinical or health information.

2.3 What the Platform Does NOT Provide

The Platform does NOT provide:

  • Dental or medical advice
  • Clinical guidance or treatment recommendations
  • Health assessments or diagnoses
  • Clinical dental procedures or techniques
  • Treatment planning or clinical case management
  • Patient education or patient care services
  • Any form of clinical or medical decision support

3. ADVISORS ARE NOT ACTING IN A CLINICAL CAPACITY

3.1 Advisor Role

Advisors on the DentistJourney Platform are trained education and career counselors who assist users with:

  • Personal statement development and refinement
  • Interview preparation and coaching
  • Dental school selection and research
  • Application timeline and strategy planning
  • Career goal clarification and planning

3.2 NOT Healthcare Professionals

Advisors are NOT:

  • Licensed dentists or dental hygienists
  • Physicians or other healthcare professionals
  • Acting in a clinical or medical capacity
  • Providing medical or dental advice
  • Making clinical assessments or diagnoses
  • Creating doctor-patient or provider-patient relationships

3.3 NO Clinical Authority

Advisor guidance shall not be construed as:

  • Clinical dental advice or recommendations
  • Medical advice or clinical guidance
  • Authoritative statements regarding dental practice or clinical skills
  • Professional medical or dental opinions
  • Substitutes for professional dental or medical counsel

3.4 Scope Limitations

Advisors provide guidance only regarding:

  • Application materials and personal statements
  • Interview preparation and communication skills
  • Dental school selection criteria
  • Career planning and goal-setting
  • Academic and professional development

Advisors shall not provide or attempt to provide any clinical or medical guidance.

4. NO PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION

4.1 Not a HIPAA-Covered Entity

QuantumCampus LLC is NOT a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA, 45 CFR §§ 164.104, et seq.).

The DentistJourney Platform does NOT:

  • Collect, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI)
  • Provide healthcare or health plan services
  • Function as a healthcare provider or clearinghouse
  • Have a Direct relationship with healthcare providers

4.2 Academic Data Only

Information collected on the Platform is ACADEMIC DATA ONLY:

  • Names and email addresses
  • Dental school and program names
  • Academic metrics (GPA, DAT scores, board exam scores)
  • Application timelines and status
  • Educational background and experience
  • Professional goals and aspirations

Academic Data is NOT Protected Health Information under HIPAA.

4.3 Health Records Exclusion

The Platform does not collect, store, or maintain:

  • Medical histories or health records
  • Prescription information
  • Treatment records or clinical notes
  • Mental or physical health information
  • Disability status or accommodations
  • Genetic information
  • Any other Protected Health Information

Users should NEVER submit protected health information to the Platform.

4.4 Privacy Compliance

While not HIPAA-covered, the Company complies with applicable privacy laws regarding user data collection, storage, and use (see Privacy Policy).

5. DENTAL SCHOOL DATA IS ACADEMIC INFORMATION

5.1 Information Provided

The Platform provides publicly available academic information about dental schools, including:

  • School names, locations, and accreditation status
  • Admission statistics (GPA ranges, DAT score ranges)
  • Application requirements and deadlines
  • Program length and structure
  • Tuition costs and financial aid information
  • Employment outcomes and career data

5.2 Not Medical Information

School and program information is provided for:

  • Educational and informational purposes
  • Application planning and research
  • Career exploration and decision-making
  • Comparative analysis of programs

Such information is NOT medical information and is NOT intended to assess clinical competency or clinical preparedness.

5.3 No Clinical Guidance

Platform data does not and shall not:

  • Assess user clinical readiness
  • Evaluate user clinical competency or skills
  • Provide guidance on clinical preparation
  • Substitute for dental school clinical training
  • Provide clinical decision-support

5.4 Third-Party Information

Dental school information is sourced from:

  • Dental school websites and official publications
  • American Dental Association (ADA) data
  • Publicly available rankings and reviews
  • Government education databases
  • Published research and reports

The Company does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of third-party information.

6. NO MEDICAL OR CLINICAL ADVICE

6.1 Clear Disclaimer

NOTHING on the DentistJourney Platform constitutes medical advice, dental advice, clinical guidance, or healthcare recommendations of any kind.

Users shall not:

  • Rely on Platform content for clinical decisions
  • Use Platform materials as substitute for professional medical counsel
  • Make health or clinical decisions based on Platform information
  • Treat Platform guidance as clinical or medical advice

6.2 Professional Consultation

For all clinical, medical, or dental matters, users should:

  • Consult licensed healthcare professionals
  • Speak with dentists, physicians, or other licensed providers
  • Seek professional medical advice for health concerns
  • Rely on clinical professionals, not the Platform

6.3 Limitation on Advisory Services

Advisor services do not include:

  • Medical or dental recommendations
  • Health or clinical guidance
  • Diagnosis or treatment planning
  • Clinical decision support

7. NO DOCTOR-PATIENT OR PROVIDER-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP

7.1 No Healthcare Relationship Created

Use of the DentistJourney Platform does NOT create:

  • A doctor-patient relationship
  • A dentist-patient relationship
  • A healthcare provider relationship
  • A clinical or professional medical relationship
  • Any duty of clinical care or medical care

7.2 No Clinical Authority

The Company and its advisors do not:

  • Stand in a position of clinical authority
  • Exercise clinical judgment on behalf of users
  • Make clinical decisions for users
  • Owe a duty of clinical care to users

7.3 No Implied Duty

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • No clinical or medical duty is created by using the Platform
  • No clinical relationship is intended
  • The Company and advisors are not responsible for clinical or health outcomes
  • Users are solely responsible for clinical and health decisions

8. STUDENT DATA IS ACADEMIC, NOT HEALTH DATA

8.1 Information Collected

The Platform may collect information regarding:

  • Undergraduate and graduate GPA
  • DAT (Dental Admission Test) scores
  • Board exam scores (if applicable)
  • Dental school application dates and status
  • Educational institutions attended
  • Academic credentials and achievements
  • Professional experience and background

8.2 Academic Only

All collected data is ACADEMIC DATA, not health or medical data:

  • GPA and exam scores are academic metrics
  • Application dates and status are academic information
  • Professional experience is career/academic background
  • Dental school information is educational data

8.3 No Clinical Assessment

The Platform does NOT:

  • Collect or evaluate clinical competency
  • Assess health status or medical fitness
  • Evaluate clinical preparedness
  • Make clinical judgments or assessments
  • Provide clinical evaluation

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 Disclaimer of Liability

QuantumCampus LLC shall NOT be liable for:

  • Any reliance on Platform content
  • Any clinical or health decisions made by users
  • Any adverse health outcomes
  • Any clinical errors or omissions by users
  • Any misuse of Platform information for clinical purposes
  • Any breach of clinical standards by users
  • Any clinical malpractice or negligence

9.2 User Assumption of Risk

Users assume all risks associated with:

  • Misinterpreting Platform information

  • Failure to seek professional clinical advice

9.3 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuantumCampus LLC from:

  • Any claims arising from clinical reliance on Platform content
  • Any health or clinical injuries claimed by users
  • Any clinical negligence or malpractice claims
  • Any breach of clinical standards claims
  • Any damages resulting from clinical use of Platform information

10. MEDICAL EMERGENCY PROTOCOL

10.1 Emergency Situations

If you are experiencing a medical or dental emergency:

  • CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY (or your local emergency number)
  • Do NOT rely on the DentistJourney Platform for emergency care
  • Contact emergency medical services immediately
  • Seek immediate medical attention from healthcare professionals

10.2 Serious Health Concerns

If you have serious health concerns, questions, or symptoms:

  • Consult a licensed healthcare provider
  • Call your dentist or physician
  • Contact a nurse hotline or telemedicine service
  • Seek professional medical advice immediately

The DentistJourney Platform is NOT appropriate for medical or dental emergencies or serious health concerns.

11. PARENTAL NOTICE (FOR MINORS)

If users are under 18 years of age:

  • A parent or guardian must review and consent to this Disclaimer
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising use
  • Parents/guardians acknowledge the Platform is not a healthcare provider
  • Parents/guardians shall not rely on the Platform for health decisions regarding minor users

12. ACCURACY AND UPDATES

12.1 Information Accuracy

The Company shall make reasonable efforts to:

  • They will not rely on the Platform for clinical or medical decisions
  • They assume all risks associated with use of the Platform
  • They accept this Disclaimer in full

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in Sacramento County, California.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Disclaimer is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Disclaimer, together with the Company's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement regarding health information and medical disclaimers and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

18. AMENDMENTS

The Company reserves the right to modify this Disclaimer at any time. Material amendments shall be provided with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
